Frequently Asked Questions

My office is located in Flatbush. It’s a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood with easy street parking and quick access from major roads and public transit.

It works just like in-person therapy, only from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are just as private and effective.

Individual and couples sessions are typically 50 minutes. Family sessions are usually 60 minutes so that everyone can participate meaningfully.

We’ll schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation. If it feels like a good fit, we book your first session. No pressure.

It’s a relaxed, no-charge 20-minute call where we get to know each other. You can ask anything, I’ll learn what you’re hoping to work on, and we’ll decide together if I’m the right fit for your family.

I work with families, couples, and individuals from children to seniors.

Only if you think I’m going to be your last therapist. Tears of joy or any other kind are always welcome here. This is a safe space to feel whatever comes up, with no pressure to cry or to hold back.

Kleenex from Costco – reliable and plentiful. Your nose and my wallet both thank you.

Absolutely. I pride myself on transparency, and I’m confident enough in this work that I’d bet on it. Healthy relationships are built on openness.
